Biorefineries and Locations

The four Pacific Ethanol biorefineries have a combined operating capacity of 200 million gallons per year of fuel grade ethanol. The biorefineries are strategically located in the feed and fuel markets they serve.

Columbia

Columbia

Located at the Port of Morrow in Boardman, Oregon, the Columbia biorefinery began operations in August 2007. It has an annual capacity of 40 million gallons of ethanol and 350,000 tons of wet distillers grain.

Madera

Located in Madera, California, the Madera biorefinery began operations in October 2006. It has an annual capacity of 40 million gallons of ethanol and 350,000 tons of wet distillers grain. The Madera plant was idled in October 2008.

Magic Valley

Located in Burley, Idaho, the Magic Valley biorefinery began operations in April 2008. It has an annual capacity of 60 million gallons of ethanol, 500,000 tons of Wet Distillers Grain, and 12 million pounds of distillers corn oil.
